Orders shipping to Arkansas and Oklahoma are charged Sales Tax.

If you have orders shipped to a state where Country Life Engravings is not registered to collect Sales Tax, you may still owe Use Tax.

Country Life Engravings is not required to collect Sales Tax in every US state unless it has reached Nexus laws.

Use Tax is a tax that is remitted by the buyer to their tax authority based on their state's tax laws.

Each state has it's own Use Tax reporting laws and Country Life Engravings may submit reports about your purchases to your state's tax authority.

This information can include:

• Your Order History
• What you Ordered
• Your Order Amount

And other information about your order that is required by your state's tax authority. Use Tax remittance is the responsibility of the buyer and Country Life Engravings may send you emails or postal mail about your  reminding you to pay Use Tax on your purchases.
